The ComNote® notification system has been developed with flexibility in mind. It is based on an open architecture to allow flexibility when integrating the service within any DA environment. Partnerships have been established to integrate with standard DA call centre software applications. Additionally, our experienced technical team can develop the necessary interfaces to integrate with any proprietary software system.
